Attorney Mike Shovan grew up in Saginaw and graduated from Arthur Hill in 1975. He graduated from AlmaCollege in 1979 and then graduated cum laude from the night program at the Detroit College of Law (now MSU) in 1990 with a concentration in taxation. Mike was a published contributor to the DCL law review and has been licensed to practice law in Michigan since 1990. |

Attorney Blair Stevenson grew up in Freeland and graduated from Freeland High School in 2000. He graduated cum laude from Northwood University in 2005, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Banking/Finance. In 2009, he graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor. He was also a member of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. Blair was admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee in 2010 and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2011. |

Chief Paralegal Tracy Concannon grew up in Saginaw Township and graduated from Nouvel Catholic Central High School in 1985. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Business from MSU in 1989. Tracy has extensive experience in retail business and worked for Jacobson's as a buyer for 10 years. She was active in the Junior League and is a past president of the Saginaw County Bar Association Lawyer's Auxiliary. Tracy is married to Saginaw Attorney Andy Concannon and is the proud mother of 2 sons ages 11 & 15. |
